New Ground Regulations
(03 October 2003)

All persons entering this stadium are admitted only subject to the following ground regulations and rules and regulations of the club.

Entry to the stadium shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of all these rules and regulations.


1. Fireworks, smoke canisters, bottles, glasses, cans, poles, laser pens, flares and any similar articles or containers including anything that could be used as a weapon are not permitted within the stadium. Any person in possession of such articles or containers may be refused entry or ejected from the stadium.

2. The consumption of intoxicating liqour is not permitted inside the ground and spectators are not permitted to bring alcohol into the stadium.

3. The unauthorised climbing of floodlight pylons, stands or other building in the stadium is forbidden.

4. Under no circumstances is it permitted to throw any object onto the field of play.



5. Unnecessary noise such as the use of radio sets and behaviour likely to lead to or cause confusion or nuisance of any kind, including foul or abusive language, is not permitted in the stadium.

6. Ground management reserve the right for servants or agents to remove from the ground any person who does not comply with the regulations or whose presence in the ground could reasonably be construed as constituting a source of danger or annoyance to other spectators.

7. Only persons specifically authorised in writing by club management are permitted to offer for sale or distribute any newspaper or periodcal or any other article.

8. Any person found damaging or defacing the property of the club will be prosecuted.

9. The ground management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who refuses to be searched

10. Any person who remains in a gangway may be ejected from the ground.

11. Ground management will not tolerate any form of racist abuse.

12. Moving from one area of the stadium without permission of a steward, an garda siochana or other authorised agent of the club is strictly forbidden.


13. Any person attempting to gain access or admission or found within a section of the ground designated for members only and press without appropriate authorisation may be ejected from the ground.

14. Persons are admitted to this ground subject to their acceptance of these ground rules and regulations and the rules of football association of ireland and eircom league. Entry to the ground should constitute unqualified acceptance.

15. In the event of match being postponed or abandoned, any refund of admission charge will be at the sole discretion of club management. This is subject to a time limitation. Persons entering the ground are advised to retain their ticket stub as this may be required to be produced at a later date.
