For your Sunday dinner.....
Red Cabbage with Apple
Shred the red cabbage. Peel and slice the cooking apple. I use 1 large apple for half a head of red cabbage.
Place the apple & cabbage in a dish, sprinkle on some sugar (about a tablespoon), pour over a glass of red wine and cover dish.
Place in oven with roast tatties & meat etc and cook for about 20 minutes.
That's it.
