The increasingly famous Beaker Curreh

Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef, veg oil for frying, 5 garlic clove, i onion ( roughly chop) , 1/2 tsp gr cumin, coriander and cinnamon
1/2 tsp of tumeric, 1/2 tsp of paprika, large knob of fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), 2/3 tsp of driedchilli flakes,
1 and 1/2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 4 whole fresh chillis, 1 can chopped tomatoes, 5oz mixed tomatoes

Method:
Fry beef all sides till brown, put the garlic, ginger and onions in processor, pulverize to a paste. Tip paste into pan, season then fry until ;lightly browned( add more oil if necc). Stir in dry spices, then fry fro a further 5 min. Return meat to onion mixture in pan and stir in vinegar, 2 fresh chillis. Tip in can of tomatoes, fill empty tom can with water and addm bring to boil then place in oven for 90 mins at 170

stur fry remaining chillies, onion slices and mixed tomatoes in dash of oil , scatter over curry with lots of corainder...serve with pilau rice / nan bread
